What is the Ultimate Fitness Camp?
The Ultimate Fitness Camp (UFC) is a the gold standard in Fitness

Where’s the location of the boot camp?
The Ultimate Fitness Camp meets at the Motivational Fitness Human
Performance Center: 7580 Owl Creek Drive Douglasville, Ga. 30134) 1-mile
up the street from North Douglas Elementary School.
How often will we meet?
Camps are held Monday-Saturday and sessions last for about an hour. Camp times are below.
5:00am: Monday, Wednesday and Friday
9:00am: Monday-Friday
6:30pm: Monday-Thursday
Saturday camp: 8:00am
Can I bring my child(ren)? Teenagers are welcome to join you; however, younger children, may preferFitkidz
What if I can’t attend five days a
week?
I know you’ll agree that some
exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it five days a week,
at least do your best to attend three days a week. We have seen participants
achieve significant results while attending at least days a week.
What time are the camps?
5:00am, 9:00am and 6:30pm. All times subject to change.
What if I’m too busy and don’t have
time to come?
Professionally speaking…after working with over 1,283 clients over the years we
have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a

I need to bring?
Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll

You can expect to drop inches and

How often can I attend? The Ultimate Fitness camp is held six
days/week, Monday – Saturday, rain or shine. We suggest that you come at least four days

What is a typical day like at camp?

coaching. On “play days”, you will play some of your old favorites like
